Ingredients
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farms stuffing
- 2 Frozen Spinach (chopped) packages
- 4-6 egg whites
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Thaw spinach in boiling water and strain most of the water.
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix ingredients.
- Take a small handful of the mixture and form into small balls.
- Bake 20-23 minutes.
